AwisePhotos.com is operated by AWRW Enterprises, LLC ("AwisePhotos", "we"). Last updated 7 September 2026.

By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.

What this service is

Photographers shoot at events and upload their photographs. We process them, host a gallery, and provide the checkout that lets people buy their own photos. We are not the photographer. We do not take the pictures, we do not assign photographers to events, and we are not a booking agency.

For customers buying photos

Prices are set by the photographer and shown before you pay: typically $7.00 per photo, or $30.00 for a session package of up to 15 photos you choose. Prices can change, but never after you have started a checkout.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
When you buy a photo you get a personal, non-exclusive licence to keep it, print it, and share it — including on social media. You do not acquire the copyright.
You may not resell the photograph, license it to anyone else, or use it to advertise a business without the photographer's written permission.
Digital goods are delivered immediately, so sales are final. If a download does not work, or you were charged for something you did not receive, email us and we will sort it out.
Your download link is time-limited, but your personal order link lasts about 400 days and re-issues fresh downloads whenever you open it. Save your photos. Galleries are deleted on the schedule below.

For photographers

You keep the copyright in your photographs. Nothing here transfers ownership. You grant us only the licence we need to run the service: to store, process, watermark, display and deliver your images to the people who buy them, and to show images you place in your own portfolio.
You are responsible for your subjects. You confirm you have the right to photograph and sell images of the people in them, and that you hold a signed release from a parent or guardian for any identifiable minor in your portfolio. You are an independent business, not our employee or agent.
The money. You may set your own prices from your dashboard, within the platform's published bounds; otherwise standard pricing applies. Our platform fee on each sale is the greater of $2.00 or 15% of your photo price per photo, and the greater of $3.00 or 10% of your package price per package. At the standard $7.00/$30.00 pricing that is exactly $2.00 and $3.00, so $5.00 of a photo sale is transferred to your Stripe account and $27.00 of a package sale is yours. We absorb Stripe's processing fee out of our share. No monthly fee, no signup fee, no minimum.
AI repairs. The standard AI enhancement of your photos and the AI coaching notes are free. When the AI has to generatively rebuild a damaged photo (at your chosen assist level, or a repair you approved), a fee of $0.20 per repaired photo that sells is deducted from your earnings through your balance. Your assist level, including turning the AI off entirely, is yours to change at any time from your dashboard.
Payouts come from Stripe, on Stripe's schedule, to the bank account you gave them. We do not hold your money and we cannot change your payout schedule. Stripe may hold a payout while it completes identity or compliance checks; that is between you and Stripe, and we will tell you what we can see.
Refunds and chargebacks. If a customer is refunded, or a card issuer reverses a payment, the amount may be recovered from your balance, since the sale proceeds were transferred to you.
You keep your own clients. Enquiries through your page come to you. We do not take a cut of work you book that way.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, misuses the service, or puts our payment processing at risk. Money already earned and transferred to your Stripe account remains yours.

How long we keep galleries

A gallery with no sales is deleted 7 days after it is opened. Once something in it sells, the gallery is kept 30 days from the most recent purchase, then deleted. This applies to photographers and customers alike. Download what you need. Free event galleries are kept 30 days from opening.

Free events

Photographers can offer a gallery as a free event for memorials, vigils, and similar gatherings, where every photo downloads at no cost. This option exists to honor moments that should not have a price on them. It is not a way to deliver paid work outside the platform, and we may convert or remove free galleries that misuse it.

Acceptable use

Do not upload anything unlawful, or any image you do not have the right to sell.
No sexually explicit content. Our payment processing depends on this and a breach puts every photographer on the platform at risk.
Do not attempt to access galleries, accounts or downloads that are not yours, and do not scrape, overload or probe the service.
Do not use the service to harass, stalk or expose anyone.

Availability

We do not guarantee the service will be available at any particular moment, and we do not offer an uptime commitment. It runs on a single server. Keep your own copies of your work — do not treat this as your backup.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, or that we kept from your sales, in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost photographs. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, and the courts of Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change. Continued use afterwards means you accept the new version.
